By using Rezoning.net, you agree to use the site for lawful educational, community, and digital-product purposes. Account access is personal to the purchaser unless Rezoning.net gives written permission otherwise.

Digital licenses

Paid tiers are one-time purchases for the current 2026 Playbook edition and included tools. Future editions may require a separate purchase. Users move up the tier hierarchy through purchases or admin support overrides. The system does not automatically downgrade users.

Refunds

Refunds. All purchases made through Rezoning.net are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product, license, or tool, including the Playbook License, Toolkit, and Pro Toolkit tiers. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, that you are purchasing a digital good delivered immediately upon payment, and that you waive any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase after payment is captured. If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you paid for, contact support@rezoning.net and we will work to resolve the issue.
